Return Policy

Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers will not be refunded the original shipping costs. Please note: if you choose to return with your own label and not ours, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges.
Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on a SuzieB Fitness gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.
30-day Return and Exchange policy. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within the 30 day window from the order date.
All items must be returned unused and with all original hang tags attached.
All garments must be free from the following:
Odors, such as perfumes, colognes, chemical smells, or smoke.
Visible wear or damage.
All items are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of wear or do not meet our criteria.
Proof of receipt must accompany the return. Without this information in the package will result in processing delays.
Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
Upon receipt of the return back to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return and/or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only unless store credit or exchange was selected.
If making an exchange, and the item you’re exchanging for is out of stock, we will refund the item returned.
If returning or exchanging an item that was a gift, please note we will still need the original order number with the returned item.
