- Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers will not be refunded the original shipping costs. Please note: if you choose to return with your own label and not ours, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
 - The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges.
 - Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on a SuzieB Fitness gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.
 - 30-day Return and Exchange policy. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within the 30 day window from the order date.
 - All items must be returned unused and with all original hang tags attached.
 - All garments must be free from the following:
 - Odors, such as perfumes, colognes, chemical smells, or smoke.
 - Visible wear or damage.
 - All items are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of wear or do not meet our criteria.
 - Proof of receipt must accompany the return. Without this information in the package will result in processing delays.
 - Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
 - Upon receipt of the return back to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return and/or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only unless store credit or exchange was selected.
 - If making an exchange, and the item you’re exchanging for is out of stock, we will refund the item returned.
 - If returning or exchanging an item that was a gift, please note we will still need the original order number with the returned item.
